A key hire in this journey is a high-calibre Business Analyst with strong ERP experience and a genuine passion for data-led decision-making using Power BI and Power Apps.
The Role
This is a pivotal position in shaping how technology supports the organisation across operations, manufacturing, warehousing, and commercial functions. This is not a keep-the-lights-on role its about helping design and deliver the next generation of systems, processes, and insight.
Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver scalable, future-proof solutions as the company accelerates its digital strategy.
Key Focus Areas
ERP system support, configuration, and optimisation
Requirements gathering and end-to-end process mapping
Partnering with stakeholders to align technology with business needs
Building dashboards and data models in Power BI
Designing and enhancing Power Apps to automate workflows
Supporting the rollout of new systems and digital tools
Helping embed best practice within a growing internal technology function What Youll Bring
