CareerCheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job offers or career success. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
