Payment Terms

• • You grant us permission to process your data to provide services
• • You can delete your content and account at any time

Third-Party Content

Our service may include links to third-party websites or integrate with external services. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerCheck shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• • Damages exceeding the amount paid for services in the last 12 months
• • Third-party actions or service interruptions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CareerCheck harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.

EU Consumer Rights
