Data Analyst (m/w/d)

We are the Data & AI Team at Strategy& and play a key role in helping our clients generate data-driven insights and realize the potential of AI. As an integral part of our consulting teams, we work with leading global companies to enable data-driven decision-making. In addition, we help our clients realize the value of modern technologies such as generative AI by developing technical solutions and testing new approaches. Within our firm, we play a crucial role in the successful implementation of AI in our processes and daily work. Our interdisciplinary team includes data analysts, full-stack developers, and other technical roles with diverse backgrounds. As the Data & AI Team, we support our clients and think from “strategy to execution.” What you’ll be doing with us In the role of Data Analyst (m/f/d), you’ll support our projects by analyzing and preparing data. You’ll program AI- and data-driven analysis tools and independently create reporting applications. Your responsibilities will also include developing user-friendly business intelligence solutions and automating data-driven processes. You will work across technologies, selecting the software that best fits client requirements, and contribute significantly to project success with your expertise. What you bring to the table Education/Degree: A successfully completed technical university degree or comparable relevant training with at least two years of professional experience in the fields of data analytics, IT, or software. Software Skills: Relevant knowledge of the Python programming language, initial experience in developing LLM-based applications, extensive experience with MS Power BI or other data visualization tools, and strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with the following technologies is a plus: front-end development with JavaScript/React, xlwings, SQL, and VBA. Communication style: You excel in communication in both German and English. You are a team player and bring a solution-oriented approach to your work, combined with strong assertiveness and the ability to get things done.
