Job duties: Utilize advanced knowledge of statistics and complex machine learning to formulate statistical models and metrics to analyze end-to-end accountant marketing and sales data. Perform data analysis to identify, quantify, and prioritize untapped business opportunities, develop business cases, propose customized actions and changes for customers, plan and execute experiments, create dashboards and reporting for key metrics, measure business results, and explain the business impact of associated actions to stakeholders. Conduct analysis to discover and better understand business opportunities to increase customer conversion and retention for key products and services. Design, maintain, and enhance visual dashboards using Hadoop and Tableau to track key performance metrics for Intuits business on a self-service basis. Create algorithms and statistical models, which process large amounts of data and identify issues related to security, risk and fraud within Intuit's products. Create distributed software systems, which extract, clean and transform large datasets. Work with different stakeholders to identify relevant relational and non-relational data sources and create features to improve our machine learning models. No direct reports and no managerial duties. Individual contributor level role only. May telecommute from home. Employer will accept a Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science or related field.
