Data Scientist / Data Science Expert
Stuttgart (Hybrid) | Permanent
We’re partnering with a well-established, technology-focused consulting business to hire a Data Scientist to help build out a brand-new Data Science & Digital Transformation capability. This is a greenfield opportunity where you’ll play a key role in shaping data-driven services for enterprise clients across the DACH region and internationally.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the first dedicated Data Science hire, working closely with senior stakeholders to design, implement and scale analytics and machine learning solutions for complex client environments. This role offers high visibility, early responsibility, and the chance to influence both technical direction and service offering as the team grows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collecting, cleaning and structuring large, complex datasets
Building statistical models and ML solutions for predictive insights
Developing dashboards and KPI reporting (e.g. Power BI)
Translating complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Supporting implementation of data platforms within client environments
Contributing to innovation across ML, Deep Learning & AI-driven use cases What We’re Looking For
Ideally 2–3+ years experience in Data Science / Data Analytics
Native-level German & fluent English
Strong experience with Python / R / SQL
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI)
Willingness to work on client sites and travel internationally
Nice-to-have
Exposure to ML, NLP or Deep Learning
Experience with cloud data platforms Package & Perks
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 base
Bonus: Quarterly performance-related bonus
