Own the market success and financial performance of the Premium hydraulic breaker product portfolio
Define the premium value proposition, positioning, and portfolio strategy based on customer, application and competitive insights
Drive pricing strategy in close collaboration with the commercial organization to protect margins and reinforce clear premium differentiation
Translate customer insights and market-/technology trends into differentiated product strategies and roadmap priorities
Manage the premium product lifecycle, including launches, upgrades, and premium portfolio boundaries versus value/basic offerings
Lead market‑driven investment decisions by preparing and evaluating business cases for new and existing products
Partner closely with sales teams to support complex, value‑based sales situations and key customer engagements
Develop premium‑focused sales materials and support advanced product and value-selling training
Act as the central commercial interface to Engineering and Operations to ensure premium products meet market expectations Profil
University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable qualification through experience
Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a commercial role in an industrial or B2B environment
Experience with mobile industrial equipment, attachments, or tools used in construction or mining environments is considered a strong advantage
Strong understanding of premium products, value‑based pricing, and margin management
Proven ability to translate customer and application needs into differentiated product strategies
Experience working with sales teams in complex, consultative selling environments
Solid commercial and financial skills, including pricing decisions and business‑case evaluation
Strategic, customer‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on value creation
Fluency in English, written and spoken
