Key Objectives
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to support business goals.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision-making.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership.
Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements to data collection processes.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and data manipulation libraries.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
