What youll have the opportunity to work on:

• Lead end-to-end data science projects, designing bespoke algorithms and robust software architectures. • Define core approaches for new engagements and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. • Mentor and support the growth of junior data scientists and project teams. • Collaborate with commercial teams to shape project scope and build strong client relationships. • Champion best practices across the project lifecycle to deliver impactful results. • Contribute to thought leadership through courses, talks, or open-source initiatives.

What were looking for in a Senior Data Scientist:

• Senior experience in data science or a quantitative field. • Fluent Python programmer with experience in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch). • Expert in core data science techniques (supervised/unsupervised, NLP) and developing innovative algorithms. • Leadership mindset, mentoring teams and fostering collaboration. • Commercially aware, able to translate complex business problems into practical, high-quality solutions.
