Product Manager

The Role

• As a Product Manager, you will define and deliver the strategy and measurable outcomes for one or more of our UK healthcare solutions.
• Specifically, you will create and maintain a compelling product vision and long-term roadmap, translating customer, clinical and market insight into clear priorities and product decisions that align with portfolio and corporate strategy.
• Working closely with Product Owners and colleagues across the business, you will co-ordinate the delivery of safe, high-value enhancements and ensure solutions are successfully adopted by customers and end users.
• Additionally, you will:
• Develop business cases, pricing and go-to-market plans
• Track market and competitor insight to inform strategy
• Monitor product performance and manage risks
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Maintain product documentation and governance artefacts About You To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Significant experience in a full life-cycle product management capacity
• Understanding of NHS/public sector context, healthcare market dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Strong stakeholder management experience, both internal and external
• Excellent project management experience and/or qualifications
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Excellent prioritisation, delegation and time management skills Desirable:
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical decision support provider
• Experience presenting business cases to senior leadership
