Product Manager

• Own the vision and strategy for your product area (3-6 month horizon), aligned to organisational priorities. • Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing. • Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight. • Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments where appropriate. Translate insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritised work.
