Lead Technical Architect

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and passionate Lead Technical Architect with experience to join an expanding team to support, drive faster delivery, and more robust solutions to our clients.
• As a Lead Technical Architect at ANS Digital, you will be responsible for the technical solution architecture and interface designs delivering a stable and maintainable solution. As a member of the team, it is required to have a good understanding of infrastructure and other components such as databases and web servers that make up the complete solution.
• Job Requirements
• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and align strategies with department
• Evaluating, identifying and breaking down business objectives into defined products, processes, and functions.
• Lead the architecture design required to achieve the strategy.
• Document and record every aspect of an architecture and implementation design.
• Developing good working relationships with integration, development, and IT teams.
• Responsible for the High-Level Designs of any solution and handing over to other members of the team for further development.
• Oversee the implementation of solution platforms.
• Work with multiple projects or teams on complex problems that require broad architectural thinking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and UX designers, to create seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the development team. Skillset
• Candidate must pose a bachelor's degree.
• Product expertise in BMC Helix ITSM configuration.
• Product expertise in BMC Helix BHOM.
• Product expertise in BMC Helix Discovery & CMDB.
• Experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of BMC Remedy ITSM Applications, Integrations, Customizations.
• Knowledge of developing strategic system architecture plans.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies, networking, and database concepts.
• Organized with a positive attitude, ability to work in customer facing env & should be able to communicate with Customers, Vendors, and other internal groups as required.
• Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Experience on Windows/UNIX/LINUX operating systems and ITIL framework is an advantage.
