Business Analyst

Summary: Hybrid Role - mandatory 3 days in office Contract Duration: 4/1/26-11/6/26 No open lots - contractor will be responsible for parking fees Responsibilities: Process cash movements under strict internal and external deadlines. Maintain accurate company portfolios using internal and external reconciliation tools. Conduct research and moderately complex analyses, including handling exceptions. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client experience. Collaborate with trade support, sales support, and external agents. Prepare reports and coordinate with internal partners for client and regulatory reporting. Escalate risks and exposures promptly. Support adhoc projects, new processes, and crossfunctional initiatives. Independently meet productivity and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field. 2-5 years of financial services experience. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Access. Experience with data analysis, database maintenance, data cleansing, and reporting. Ability to quickly learn multiple software applications.
