Business Analyst

Experience Requirements • 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst or related role in process improvement, product, operations, or consulting. • Proficiency with workflow mapping and process modeling using Visio or Lucidchart. • Demonstrated gap analysis and problem-solving capabilities. • Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and use cases. • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban. • Experience planning and executing UAT. • Strong communication and facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders.
