Business Data Analyst

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet our clients' business needs The Data Analyst owner shall be a great team player within the product oriented agile delivery team and collaborate with business owners and the technology development team to transform business vision and roadmap into actionable requirements. Perform analytics support to quality and safety experts in telling more complex stories with data, demonstrating interactions and correlations between data points, and stratification analysis through hierarchical ontologies and classification system Provide statistical expertise and support to quality and safety experts through pre-, post improvement studies, correlation and causation tests, control charts and improvement science charting, building custom metrics and justification of composite measures Manage requirements for data integrations with internal and external vendors, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and maintaining clear records for auditing purposes • Act as a consultative liaison between the business, developers, and data & analytics teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives Partner with media and social teams to create a measurement framework based on client objectives. Establish KPIs and evaluate benchmarks to assess campaign performance. Generate monthly campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders. Advisor for development of advanced analytics tools, build of data mart environments and self service analytics platforms, and to how data is presented in tools through statistical charting, storytelling, and meaningful ways Create compelling data visualizations for reports. Analyze data to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Understand the media tagging and QA process to ensure proper media tracking and ad serving. Work in an agile environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with cross functional teams Partner with external vendors on the implementation of system changes, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing downstream impacts to data and reporting Gather and document business requirements from HR domain leads and translate them into technical specifications Communicate regularly with the project leadership team Contribute to project deliverables and reports Perform other duties as assigned
