Job Summary

LingaTech is building a pipeline of experienced AI Engineers for anticipated future needs supporting both Commonwealth and commercial clients. This posting is not tied to an active requisition. We are proactively identifying AI and machine learning talent for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire roles

Potential Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by project and client needs but may include:

• Designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI models • Working with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, or computer vision tools • Running experiments, evaluating models, and tuning parameters • Developing and maintaining data pipelines for AI/ML workloads • Building APIs or services to operationalize AI models • Applying prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques • Using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployments • Collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams • Ensuring responsible AI practices and model governance
