Marble Builders is expanding our reconstruction operations in the Boise market, and we are looking for a high-caliber Restoration / Rebuild Project Manager who takes pride in their work and wants to play a key role in building a best-in-class Boise branch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage restoration and rebuild projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, profitability, and on-time delivery • Oversee crews and subcontractors while setting clear expectations and holding high standards • Coordinate estimating, scheduling, material procurement, and subcontractor performance • Inspect properties, identify repair needs, and develop detailed, accurate scopes of work • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and consultants • Maintain clear documentation, job tracking, and communication throughout each project • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to support growth and long-term excellence • Continuously improve processes and raise the bar for project execution in the Boise market
