Job description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines and budgets while implementing effective cost control measures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methods.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
Proficient in cost control techniques and risk management practices.
Familiarity with Bluebeam.
Plumbing License
Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
