User Experience (UX) Designer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or product design
• Strong expertise in designing complex workflows, systems, or operational tools
• Proficiency in user experience, visual hierarchy, typography, and color systems
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, ask thoughtful questions, and present design solutions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Portfolio of relevant UX/product design samples
• Experience working in a Google Workspace environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Blazor a big plus
