User Experience (UX) Designer

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of UX/Product Design experience supporting web-based products or agile delivery teams.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, auto-layout, and design system work.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Ability to balance hands-on design execution with lightweight research for early validation.
• Comfort working in agile, continuous delivery environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Innovation starts with people.
