Senior User Experience Designer (UX)

**Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:**

+ **Mission Focus** : Write and maintain front-end code to implement UX designs. Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

+ **Technical Proficiency** : Develop front-end components using modern web technologies. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end code with existing backend services. Ensure front-end code is optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

+ **Qualifications** : Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of relevant experience or equivalent. Understanding of Agile and other constructs. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js.

+ **Security Clearance** : Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required in order to be considered for this role.

**Pay Range:**

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
